Knitting machines are used to produce knit fabrics using semi or fully automated machines. Modern Knitting machines comes in various specifications, ranging from simple knitting machine to highly complex mechanisms controlled by electronics. All, however, produce various types of knitted fabrics, some of them are Circular Knitting Machine, Flat Knitting Machines, Single Jersey Machines, Double Jersey Machine, Rib & Interlock Machines. In India most of the knitter are using imported European circular knitting machines. Circular Knitting Machines are used to knit tubular fabric, single , double jersey rib fabrics.
